DPSA Food Technologist Vacancies Requirements:-
National Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent (3 Years) (NQF level 6), B Tech Food Technology will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience. Certificates in FSSC 22000 and/ HACCP will be an added advantage. Skills and Competences Required: Knowledge of clinical food production processes and procedures and other relevant legal frameworks i.e. foodstuff, cosmetic and disinfectants Act, Knowledge in ISO 90001, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Patients’ rights Charter, Batho Pele principles, Public Service Regulation, Public service Act,. Financial and budgetary knowledge pertaining to the relevant resources under management. Insight into procedures and policies pertaining to Clinical food production. Be able to handle clients complains. Team building and interpersonal relations. Good communication skills and Computer skills. Driver’s license is a requirement
